Amir A. Pouradib M.D.
Dr. Pouradib is a double board-certified physician specialist in the exciting new field of Pain Management, as well as Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Dr. Pouradib began his medical education at UC Irvine College of Medicine, and continued his residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at UC Irvine Medical Center.
Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Pouradib discovered the exciting new field
of Pain Management, and extended his specialty training. He joined the
Department of Anesthesiology at UC Irvine Medical Center, where he completed his
Fellowship training in Pain Management. Following his Fellowship, he remained on
staff at UC Irvine Medical Center as an Assistant Clinical Professor, where he
continues to teach residents.
Dr. Pouradib currently practices Pain Management in Orange County, California
where he is the co-founder of Pain Management Associates, Inc. Undergraduate
Education: Molecular and Cell Biology, B.A. University of California, Berkeley.

Keyvan Zavarei M.D.
Dr. Zavarei is a double board-certified physician specialist in the exciting new field of Pain Management, as well as Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Dr. Zavarei began his undergraduate education at University of California, Los
Angeles (UCLA). He completed his medical education at American University,
Montserrat and his residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at
University of Virginia (UVA). Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Zavarei
pursued subspecialty fellowship training in the field of Pain Management at IPM
in San Francisco.
During his fellowship he fine-tuned his skills in interventional spinal
procedures at all complexity levels, including Epidural & Transforaminol steroid
injections, trail and implantation of Intrathecal Opioid Pumps & Spinal Cord
Stimulator devices.
Dr. Zavarei currently practices Pain Management in Orange County, California,
where he is the co-founder of Pain Management Associates, Inc.

Jaspreet Takhar M.D.
Dr. Takhar began her interest in the medical field during her undergraduate studies at UC Irvine and earned a degree in the major of Biological Sciences. She then gained acceptance into medical school at New York Medical College where she completed her medical training. She then returned to her native California and settled in the heart of Orange County.
She has completed residency training in the wonderful field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UC Irvine Medical Center. She gained specialized training in electromyography and nerve conduction studies during her residency as well. Her ambition to continue her education and the management of pain disorders motivated her to also complete training in medical acupuncture at the Helms Institute affiliated with the UCLA School of Medicine.
She currently practices in Orange County, California at Pain Management Associates. She continues to strive to live a healthier lifestyle through healthy eating, exercise and balance in life. She welcomes the opportunity to work with you to help you achieve the same.
